Legal-sector contact data, cleansing and market insight.

OUR METHODOLOGY

Purpose-led research, with the limits made clear.

Legal-market information changes constantly. We combine agreed source checks, research and verification so datasets and change alerts remain relevant, explainable and proportionate.

What sits behind the work.

Depending on the brief, research may draw on regulatory registers, law-firm and chambers websites, published professional profiles and other credible business sources. We focus on professional information relevant to a person’s role.

Source availability varies. Not every firm publishes the same information and a job title does not always establish decision-making responsibility. Where manual research or a particular confidence threshold is required, that is agreed in the scope.

01

Define the purpose

We record the target market, intended use, required fields, exclusions and delivery format before work begins.

02

Establish the organisation universe

Relevant firms, chambers or suppliers are identified using regulatory information and other credible public sources.

03

Research the right people

Published business information is reviewed to identify roles, departments and decision-makers that match the agreed brief.

04

Standardise and reconcile

Organisation names, roles, locations and contact fields are normalised; duplicates and conflicts are investigated.

05

Apply quality checks

Records are checked for completeness, relevance and obvious inconsistencies. Material limitations are not hidden.

06

Deliver and maintain

Approved users receive protected files. Where agreed, later refreshes track changes, removals and replacement records.

Quality should be understood, not reduced to one unexplained percentage.

Where appropriate, a project can include the date of review, field coverage, unresolved gaps, source notes, exclusions and the refresh approach. That gives clients a more useful basis for judging fitness for purpose.
